Founded by award-winning instructor Suzy Kaitman, it blends decades of professional experience with a modern, supportive and fun approach. Classes are held at Ballet BC, The Dance Centre and online.
What to expect
Your first visit
Expect strong technique, clear progressions, great music and a room full of adults ready to work, grow and enjoy the process together. No prior experience, flexibility or particular body type is required — intro classes are designed specifically for adult absolute beginners in a structured, welcoming environment. Returning dancers can rebuild from a strong foundation, and virtual students can join live online classes (BL@Home) from home.
