About this studio
Brisbane Academy of Dance (BAD) is a Brisbane northside studio focused on helping students of all ages enjoy and excel across every area of dance. The studio cultivates a positive, caring and nurturing environment built around self-expression, discipline, and a lifelong love of dance.
Programs span from age 2 through to young professionals and cover all genres for boys and girls, including R.A.D. classical ballet, A.D.A. jazz, tap, acrobatics and contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and heels. Offerings include the Little Superstars early-childhood program, syllabus classes, open and extension classes, a strength and conditioning stream, an Elite program, and the BADance performance company.
Classes run in professionally equipped, air-conditioned facilities with sprung floors for safety, led by an experienced, friendly and dedicated teaching faculty.
What to expect
Your first visit
New students are encouraged to book a trial class to experience the studio before enrolling. Trials are available across all styles, from R.A.D. ballet to A.D.A. Acrodance. Age-appropriate programs run from toddlers (age 2) through to advanced and pre-professional levels, with beginners welcome.
