About this studio
Claquettes Swing Danse Rythme et Mouvement (CSDRM) is a Paris-based dance association founded in 1995 by Lyne Gauthier, a teacher of classical and tap dance. It grew out of a shared project among lovers of dance — singers, dancers, and jazz musicians — to promote performance and stage preparation through classes and workshops in dance, theatre, music, and relaxation/flexibility techniques. The association's mission centers on tap dance (claquettes) of high quality offered in a friendly, convivial atmosphere, allowing members to live out their passion through shows and musical theatre productions.
What to expect
Your first visit
Newcomers can join trial classes ("cours à l'essai") and workshops; the studio welcomes amateurs of all ages (4 to 77).
