DanceDifferent is a Prague-based dance academy specializing in Cuban Salsa and Bachata. Run by a team of passionate social dancers, the school describes its philosophy as taking dance seriously without taking themselves too seriously, with a relaxed, friendly, high-energy atmosphere designed so students learn a lot while genuinely enjoying their time. What to expect
Your first visit
No partner is required — partners rotate during class, though couples may choose to stay together. Rather than fixed closed courses, the academy teaches recurring syllabus-based levels, so students can start at almost any time and progress at their own pace; free 15-minute consultations are required (and given) before moving up a level. Complete beginners start with a free Level 0 intro lesson, offered almost every week. The studio accepts Czech benefit cards (Benefit Plus, Benefity.cz, Edenred).
