About this studio
Palmetto Performing Arts is a youth dance studio in Columbia, South Carolina, offering classes for all ages and levels across Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, Tap, and competitive Performing Team opportunities. Its mission is to educate and inspire students through the art of dance while instilling discipline, work ethic, and a sense of personal achievement, in a loving and motivating learning environment focused on building self-esteem and confidence. The studio also encourages dancers to give back to their community.
What to expect
Your first visit
The studio publishes drop-off and pick-up procedures and dedicated "Important Information" guidance for its youngest-dancer programs (Tiny Toes, Tots in Tutus & Sneakers, KinderMoves, and Primary Combo). Summer camps run during the off-season, with the upcoming dance season schedule posted on the website landing page in mid-June. Birthday party bookings are also available.
