What to expect
Your first visit
Courses are organized by level — Principianti (absolute beginners), Base, Intermedio, and Avanzato — plus specialized tracks such as Pole Ladies (over-50) and Pole Under-16 (ages 12–16), alongside aerial, flexibility, and fitness classes. Beginner sessions follow a warm-up, study of first pole figures on static and spinning pole, small combos, and final stretching. No prior acrobatic preparation is required; students progress at their own pace. Evening and morning/lunch-break timetables are available to download.
