R.Song Studios is Calgary's largest pole and aerial arts community, offering more than 5,000 square feet of training space across two convenient locations: the Beltline Studio at 323 10th Avenue SW and the North Studio at #600, 8888 Country Hills Blvd NW. The studio frames fitness as more than a workout — an art form, a confidence booster, and a supportive community that cheers members on. Programming spans pole fitness, aerial arts (hoop, silks, hammock), flexibility, chair dance, handstands, yoga, mat pilates, contemporary floorwork, plus a youth program (Aerial FX) and AquaStudio offerings.
What to expect
Your first visit
New clients typically start with a 3-Week Trial Pass that includes any 6 classes. First-timers should begin with Intro to Pole (for pole) or Intro to Aerial Arts (for aerial), which include a studio tour, safety basics, pole care, jewelry removal, and foundational techniques. Many classes have prerequisites for safety, so read class descriptions before registering. Arrive at least 10 minutes early; students must be 16+ (under-18s need written parental consent and a guardian present for the first class).
