About this studio
Ritmo la Vida — meaning "the Rhythm of Life" — is a ballroom, Latin and social dance studio in Sundowner, founded in 2008 by Ali and Belinda Anderson. Built on the belief that dancing is a universal language and a powerful form of expression, the studio offers a safe, fun-filled and positive environment where quality dancing is taught at the unique level of each student. Lessons span Ballroom & Latin, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Argentine Tango.
The studio welcomes anyone who wants to dance regardless of age, ability or experience, framing itself as a supportive "Ritmo la Vida familia" where students step away from everyday stressors and find solace through movement. Students regularly compete and excel at both local and international competitions.
