Your first visit
Beginners are welcome; no prior strength or flexibility is required. Disciplines on offer include Pole Dance (Sport, Old School, Contempole, Exotic flow), Heels, Chair Dance, Burlesque (effeuillage), Floorwork, Latin Ladies / Lady Style Salsa, Twerk / Dancehall, flexibility (Souplesse), and conditioning (Renfo).
